How to place an order?

1st stage: Find your product.

Select your product type or the manufacturer of the product in the menu of the left margin. Enter necessary information for the ordering of the desired product. If it acts of contact lenses, enter your prescription.

After click on the button "Add to basket". Your articles will be automatically added to your basket which opens.

You can then be returned in the shop by clicking on "Continue to make purchases" or pass to the following stage.

2nd stage: Place the order.

At any moment you will be able to confirm your purchases or to display the contents of your basket, by clicking on the link "Your Basket" in the menu bar at the right.

Please check the exactitude of all informations in your basket relating to your choice of products (prescription, article, ...).

You can change the quantity or delete the product.

3rd stage: The payment.

From your basket, click on the button "Order" and you will be directed towards the page "customer records". If you are already a customer at planetvision.eu, introduce your user name and your password. If you are new, click on "new customer" to create an account.

After login, you will be directed towards the page "Delivery & payment". You have to choose your payment method.(Credit Card or bank Account). Once your choices carry out, click on the button "Submit your order". You will be redirected towards the summary page of your order. Please check your coordinate (well verifier country...) and the contents of your basket (well verifier the parameters of your lenses). Also choose your delivery mode: By the post office in standard sending or via UPS. (see general condition of sale for more informations).

If you have decide the payment by banking transfer click on the button "continue the order". You will be redirected towards a page that resumes all information necessary to carry out the credit transfer. After reception of the amount of your credit transfer, your order will be validated and the goods will be send to you within the shortest times.

If you chose to pay via credit card click on the button "continue the order". You will be redirected to the secured site of Cetrel e-commerce. Follow the indications on the screen and print your receipt if desired.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order within the 4 hours.
